No. That's literally the point. The whole idea is that you don't have to be here. We handle everything on the ground — guests, maintenance, cleaning, check-in, check-out, emergencies, you name it. Most of our clients live in the U.S. or Canada and receive monthly deposits without ever needing to fly down for operational reasons. Your presence is optional. Your income is not.

We document everything with a detailed check-in condition report and photos. If damage occurs, we assess it, get estimates from our trusted local contractors, deduct costs from the security deposit where applicable, and handle all repairs on your behalf. You'll receive a full written report. We don't sweep things under the rug — you'll always know exactly what happened and what it cost to fix it.
